Must Not Give Up

Ever wanted that toned stomach but love food way too much? Well thats me. I need a place where I can save the things that inspire me to work out harder, eat healthier and tone up so I can get that body i've always wanted.

I am 25 living in Manchester UK, love love love running, boxing and yoga. I don't work out to lose weight I do it to be healthy and happy.

I am totally new to this so any comments or advice is really welcome.

Thursday 29th March

Been beyond busy, not time to write this food diary and no time to exercise.

Breakfast: 1/2 a banana and a 2 wheatabix with semi skimmed milk and sugar

Morning Snack: None

Lunch: Large bowl of egg pasta with mixed veg and pesto

Afternoon Snack: Handful of sweets

Dinner: 1/2 a small veggie pie, 2 potato croquettes, 2 onion rings, peas and mint yogurt.

Drinks:

6 hot water

1 glass of water and cordial

2 glass of water

Exercise:

45min combat class

10 min abs

Comments:

Managed a small work out as was shattered as was working in London on Weds

Tuesday 20th March

Breakfast: Bowl of Weetabix with semi skimmed milk and sugar

Morning Snack: Handful of Mega Seed Mix

Lunch: Salad with hummus and cous cous.

Afternoon Snack: Strawberries and red sour liquorice

Dinner: Vegetable Katsu curry and a very small slither of cheesecake

Drinks:

4 hot water

1 glass of water and cordial

2 glass of water

1 ginger ale

Exercise:

5km run

10 min abs work

Comments:

Tired so craving sweet stuff, did not need to eat the cheesecake when i got in! Ok day with food and exercise, could be better but overall ok.

Monday 19th March

Breakfast: Small bowl of porridge made with water and sugar

Morning Snack: none

Lunch: Veggie Lasagne

Afternoon Snack: Handful of red sour liqurice

Dinner: Beetroot risotto with feta cheese and 1/2 vanilla cheesecake and 1/2 apple crumble for afters

Drinks:

4 hot water

1 glass of water and coridal

1 glass of water

1 glass of soda water and fresh lime

Exercise:

None, had dentist and went out for dinner with my nan so didnt have time.

Comments:

Stodgy food day, will make up for it tomorrow. Need to start healthy eating and hitting the gym.

Sunday 18th March

Breakfast: Small bowl of left over chinese veggie vermacelli

Morning Snack: 100g of raspberries

Lunch: 1 wholwheat pita with 50cal of hummous

Afternoon Snack: none

Dinner: Garlic Dough Balls, homemade veggie Lasagne and homemade vanilla and honeycomb cheesecake. 

Drinks:

3 hot water with lemon

2 pints of cordial and water

Exercise:

None - mega rest day

Comments:

Bad bad bad day!!! homemade Lasagne was FIT but so so fatty!!!


Got loads on this week so not too sure how much i’ll get to the gym.
